Education – Hyd. District – Relocation of Primary Schools – To identify the needy places to relocate
the Zero (0) Strength / Defunct Schools
– Certain instructions issued – Reg.

The
attention of all the Deputy Educational Officers and the Deputy Inspector of
Schools in Hyderabad District is invited to the subject cited and it has been
decided to relocate the Zero Strength / defunct Schools in Hyderabad District
., so as to provide Education to the children of urban slum and also out of School
Children in Hyderabad District.
Hence,
all the Deputy Educational Officers / Deputy Inspector of Schools in Hyderabad
District are hereby instructed to take immediate necessary following steps on war
foot basis to relocate the Zero Strength / Defunct Schools and Submit the
following information.
1.
Action
Plan Should be taken from 15th May 2013 to 11th June
2013.
2.
Identify
the Places of catchment area in urban slum and also the particulars of out of
School Children.
3.
Identify
the accommodation in the needy places to relocate the Zero Strength / Defunct
Schools in Rent free accommodation from Donors / Voluntary organizations,
Community Halls, Govt., Buildings and Private rented buildings.
4.
Take
necessary steps to relocate maximum No. of School to get benefit of out of
School Children and Children of Slum Area and other Poor Children.
5.
The
School Management Committees may involve Civil Society Organizations (C.S.O),
Self Help Groups ( SHG’s), Teachers Unions, Local Corporators and Hon’ble MLA
in mobilization and identification of out of School Children and for
identification of places for relocation of schools.
All
the Deputy Educational Officer and Deputy Inspector of Schools in Hyderabad
District are requested to take immediate necessary steps to relocate the Zero
Strength / Defunct Schools, duly following the instructions mentioned above
without any deviation. If any slackness is identified from any officer, the
undersigned will take serious action against them.
