Clarification sought:
Certain teachers were joined in this District through inter district transfers, in such cases to calculate the seniority, whether the date of joining in this district has to be taken into consideration or the original date of joining in the service in the district has to be taken into consideration.

Clarification issued
The candidates transferred shall take last rank in the new unit to which the transfer is affected.

Clarification sought:
The Vocational Instructors working in Government Sector may apply for transfer, if it is the case whether they have to opt the same trade or any other trade.

The Vocational Education Instructor shall be shifted in the same trade as per G.O. / guidelines.
