By analyzing carefully the
trends of minimum pay fixed and the rate of increase to different categories, We propose the
following pay scales for the categories
working in School Education Department particularly
the teaching community.

- Secondary Grade and equivalent categories Rs. 25040 – 71200
- School Assistant and equivalent categories Rs. 34100 – 89210
- Head Master Gr.II / M.E.O Rs. 41240 – 98360
- Deputy Educational Officer Rs. 46900 – 105080
