Andhra Pradesh Employees Welfare Fund – Constitution of the State Level Committee under Rule 9 of the Andhra Pradesh Employees welfare Fund Rules, 1980 – For the year 2013 – Orders-Issued.

ORDER: 

• According to rule 9 of the Andhra Pradesh Employees Welfare Fund Rules, 1980 issued in the orders 1st read above, a State Level Committee was constituted for the purpose of administering the fund. 
• According to rule 9 (e) (i) of Andhra Pradesh Employees Welfare Fund Rules, 1980 all the Employees representative on the Andhra Pradesh Civil Service Joint Staff Council from time to time shall be members on the State Level Committee of the Andhra Pradesh Employees Welfare Fund. Government in the General Administration Department in their G.O. 3rd read above, have constituted the A.P. Civil Services Joint Staff Council 
• Consequently Government hereby constitute the State Level Committee, Andhra Pradesh Employees Welfare Fund keeping in view of the provisions Rule 9 of APEWF Rules 1980 for a period of one year with effect from 01-01-2013 to 31-12-2013
